Lori Kay Allred
Lori is probably best known as being a national Emmy-winning writer for her work on the Food Network. Her long list of credits include HGTV's Living Alaska, Bang For Your Buck, If Walls Could Talk and Food Network's Unwrapped and Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives...just to name a few.
This 30-year veteran has also won four regional Emmys in news and documentary. When she's not working, she loves international travel, wine, running marathons, and playing with her Corgi pups, Merlot, Cabernet and the latest addition Riesling. (As we said, she loves wine.)
Scott Takeda
Scott handles casting and filming for Wine Dog Pictures, LLC. Originally a professional photojournalist, his keen eye for visuals helps drive our storytelling. His passion for telling personal stories has won him six regional Emmys and countless national and international awards. He runs Takeda Entertainment out of Denver, Colorado.
When he's not behind the camera you'll see him as a TV/Film actor in feature films such as "Dallas Buyers Club" and "Whiskey Tango Foxtrot" and TV shows like FX's Emmy-nominated "The Americans.” And when he's not working...well...he's always working.
About the name
Lori and Scott have three Corgis named after wines; thus Wine Dog Pictures, LLC. So far Merlot has had cameos in their films, with little Cabernet and Riesling waiting their turns.
