Wine Dog Pictures Attends Sedona Film Festival

This week, Wine Dog filmmakers Lori Kay Allred and Scott Takeda are attending the 25th Annual Sedona International Film Festival for their most recent short film “The Outsider,” which was an official selection. While at the festival, they spoke with Tanya June Moore in the press room for a live-stream interview about their film and the process they went through to be able to shoot during an actual family reunion. Allred and Takeda also talked about their current film in production, “Remembering Us.

“The Outsider” screened to two full-house audiences at the festival which was celebrating its Silver Anniversary. This year’s eight-day program included a tribute to Ed Asner and showcased nearly 80 independent films from around the world including two Oscar-nominated films, “If Beale Street Could Talk” and “Cold War.”
